Dane County is seeking a qualified firm to provide engineering services for the Henry Vilas Zoo – Multi-Building Mechanical Systems Improvements Project. The project involves the evaluation and design of mechanical system upgrades across multiple zoo facilities, including HVAC replacements, building automation system upgrades, and a new chiller system with associated photovoltaic infrastructure. The selected firm will be expected to coordinate closely with daily zoo operations and general operations staff on-site and comply with all applicable county specifications, ordinances, and local permitting requirements.
