SOURCES SOUGHT - Dorm Desk Chairs

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide 210 replacement desk chairs for four military dormitories at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. The contractor shall provide delivery, installation, and removal/disposal of previous items. The desk chairs must meet specific specifications, including all black material mesh back and seat, pneumatic height adjustment, center tilt, and no armrests. The contractor must also provide a lifetime warranty and ensure that the chairs are made in the USA. • The contractor must provide all shipping/handling and installation/removal/disposal costs in the total price. • The contractor must provide 48 hours prior notice to schedule delivery. • The contractor representative must accompany Air Force inspection personnel during inspection of completed work. • The contractor must not provide damaged items.
