Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE)

The Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) is a grant program aimed at preserving long-term housing affordability for residents of manufactured housing or manufactured housing communities (MHCs), redeveloping MHCs, and primarily benefiting low- and moderate-income (LMI) residents. The program is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and has an estimated funding amount of $10,000,000. The award ceiling is $5,000,000 and the award floor is $1,000,000.
