The contractor must have proven experience with large electrical equipment disposal and appropriate environmental permits. • Remove and de‑commission 20 main transformers at various SEPTA facilities. • Provide all required permits, hazardous waste handling, and environmentally compliant disposal methods. • Manage transportation logistics, including loading, secure transport, and final disposal at approved facilities. • Deliver detailed disposal reports and certificates of destruction for each unit. • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations throughout the contract term.
