Court Reporting /Transcription Services for Chicago and Springfield

The Illinois Commerce Commission is seeking court reporting services for the Transportation and Public Utilities Bureaus in Springfield, IL, and Chicago, IL. The services include virtual appearance fees, virtual cancellation fees, and transcription of audio recordings. The contract will be awarded through an Invitation for Bid process. The bidder must provide pricing for each service, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • Virtual appearance fees for 8:00 am-6:00 pm weekdays, one-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments • Virtual appearance fees for after 6:00 pm weekdays, one-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments • Virtual cancellation fees for 6-24 hours notice per scheduled engagement • Virtual cancellation fees for less than 6 hours notice per scheduled engagement • Transcription of audio recordings with a 10 business day turnaround, per page
