Description
Luzerne County is seeking qualified lessees to provide approximately 200 common‑type parking spaces for its employees at the Penn Place Office Building in downtown Wilkes‑Barre. The contract will be for one year, beginning 01/01/2027, with a possible one‑year extension at the County’s discretion. Bidders must submit pricing per space, describe lot layout, lighting, security, and insurance, and agree to issue permits for authorized County staff. Invoicing is monthly, and the County will not maintain the parking facilities. The award will be based on price, safety, proximity, suitability, and past performance.
