Budget Estimate (AI):

$1,200,000 – $2,000,000

The RFP’s pricing schedule shows a current‑year total annual cost of approximately $301,644 for 13,300 covered employees. Assuming similar costs each year over the five‑year contract, the overall contract value would be in the range of $1.2 million to $2.0 million. Factors influencing the final amount include negotiated PEPM rates for future plan years, optional add‑on services, and inflation adjustments (if any).
