The State of Ohio’s Department of Administrative Services is seeking an authorized Indeed dealer to provide statewide recruiting services. The contract includes two annual Indeed Smart Sourcing Professional Licenses, placement of sponsored job postings on the Indeed job board, and employer branding advertising campaigns. This is a straightforward procurement of an online talent acquisition platform to support state hiring initiatives. • Deliver two (2) annual Indeed Smart Sourcing Professional Licenses • Provide sponsored job postings on the Indeed job board for state positions • Manage and execute employer branding advertising ads on Indeed • Must be an authorized Indeed dealer and registered Ohio supplier • Contract may be renewed for up to three additional one‑year terms based on performance
