Janitorial Services for Region 5

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is seeking bids for janitorial services for Region 5. The services include general cleaning, lobby cleaning, kitchen cleaning, restroom cleaning, exterior cleaning, and other tasks. The contract is for a period of five years, with the option to extend or amend. The bidder must provide a fully-burdened rate, including all operating and personnel expenses. The bid must include a Bid Schedule, a State Signature Page, and a Cover Form. • The bidder must provide general cleaning services, including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. • The bidder must provide lobby cleaning services, including cleaning and disinfecting reception counters and entrance door glass. • The bidder must provide kitchen cleaning services, including cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces and sinks. • The bidder must provide restroom cleaning services, including cleaning and sanitizing the inside and outside of sinks, toilets, and urinals. • The bidder must provide exterior cleaning services, including sweeping exterior entryways and mats. • The bidder must provide other services, including janitor closet/mechanical room/supplies, lights, and window blinds/coverings. • The bidder must conduct a monthly walk-through review with the Department and develop a quality assurance plan. • The bidder must provide additional services, including deep cleaning of specific office and bathroom areas, if requested by the Department.
