Cleaning of Manholes, Sewer Lines, and Drains

Cobb County is seeking a qualified vendor to enter into a one‑year, renewable contract for the cleaning, inspection, and emergency repair of manholes, sewer lines, and drains throughout the county’s wastewater collection system. The work includes routine debris removal, high‑pressure jetting, back‑hoe services, and 24/7 emergency response with a two‑hour on‑site requirement. Vendors must provide their own equipment (jet trucks, trailers, etc.), maintain a fully staffed crew during regular (7 am‑4 pm) and overtime/weekend hours, and comply with all safety, traffic, and insurance requirements. The contract may be extended up to three years with two one‑year options. Bids are due electronically by 12:00 PM ET on 24 Sep 2026; questions are due by 5:00 PM ET on 15 Sep 2026.
