2026 Structure Demolition Bid 2

The City of Coffeyville, Kansas is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to demolish and fully remove six residential structures (including a manufactured home) and associated site work. The scope includes complete demolition, hazardous material (asbestos/transite) abatement, utility disconnection, disposal of all debris at a KDHE‑approved landfill, site grading, backfilling, and final site cleanup with seeding.
