Lyrasis

The University at Buffalo intends to purchase electronic database library subscriptions from WALDO/Lyrasis consortium pursuant to its authroity under section 163 (3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitve process when justified by price. Vendors who sell electronic database library subscriptions may, if interested, contact the Univeristy to discuss the procurement. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Lyrasis Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 17.90% WBE Goal: 12.10%
