On-Call Ecological Services Contract

The City of Tacoma is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call ecological services for its owned lands, including wetlands, open‑space, and other environmentally‑sensitive sites. Work will be performed on a task‑by‑task basis under individual Task Authorizations and may involve planting, seeding, soil amendment, mulching, invasive‑species control, storm‑water BMP installation, trail maintenance, and litter removal. The contract is a two‑year indefinite‑quantity agreement with a maximum ceiling of $250,000, renewable up to three additional one‑year terms.
