Medium Tailwheel Training

The Oklahoma Air National Guard (OKANG) is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive tailwheel flight training services. The training should lead to the successful acquisition of a tailwheel endorsement in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulation 14 CFR 61.31. The contract will be for a period of approximately 945 days, from 01 Apr 2026 to 31 Dec 2028. The vendor should provide medium tailwheel aircraft specialized training to meet FAA regulatory standards and all commercially acceptable terms as advertised. • The vendor should have experience in providing tailwheel flight training services. • The vendor should have a good understanding of the FAA regulations and guidelines. • The vendor should have a proven track record of providing high-quality training services. • The vendor should have the necessary resources and equipment to provide the training services. • The vendor should have a clear understanding of the contract requirements and expectations.
