The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a provider to offer Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement services for male and female Federal offenders within the city limits of Cleveland, Ohio. The RRC services will require a minimum of 36 beds, and the Home Confinement services will require a maximum of 65 placements. The Home Confinement radius must be within 100 miles of the RRC facility. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price/IDIQ contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
