The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is soliciting qualified contractors to provide auditing services to the Commission and the Employees' Retirement System (ERS). The selected contractor will be responsible for performing audits and providing related services. The proposal should include information about the contractor's experience, qualifications, and approach to the project. The evaluation criteria include key personnel and allocation of hours, qualifications and relevant experience of the auditing firm, methodology and approach, disclosure and summary of Artificial Intelligence or Generative AI use in the audit process, and proposed fees. • The contractor must have experience in auditing and providing related services to governmental and/or retirement systems. • The contractor must have a thorough understanding of the work to be performed and the requirements of the Commission and the ERS. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, methodology, and qualifications. • The contractor must be able to provide a cost proposal that includes all costs associated with the project. • The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance and comply with all insurance requirements.
