Description
The Portage County Highway Department is seeking professional engineering services for multiple survey, design, real estate, engineering traffic studies, and construction oversight projects in 2026, 2027, and 2028. The services include survey and roadway design for county-constructed rural roadway projects, survey and drainage structure design, construction management, engineering traffic studies, and real estate acquisition services. The contract will be administered by the Portage County Highway Department.
