Budget estimate

$1,367,280 – $6,837,000

Based on the estimated fuel consumption provided in the bid document, the total annual cost for regular unleaded gasoline is approximately $233,280 (9,600 gallons * $2.43 per gallon, using the average US price for regular gasoline), and the total annual cost for low sulfur diesel fuel is approximately $1,134,000 (54,000 gallons * $2.10 per gallon, using the average US price for diesel fuel). The total estimated annual cost for both fuels is around $1,367,280. Considering the contract duration and potential renewals, the total budget for the contract could be in the range of $1,367,280 to $6,837,000 over five years, assuming no changes in fuel prices or consumption. However, this is a rough estimate and actual costs may vary.
