F35 Bushing Tools Kit

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a ForceMate cold work bushing installation kit to repair F-35 Integrated Power Package (IPP) aircraft mounts and outboard/inboard drop link bushings. The kit must be manufactured by Fatigue Technology Inc. (FTI) and must comply with Lockheed Martin / FTI ForceMate Tip Sheet #197635 (Revision B). The contractor must provide the exact FTI part numbers required, including the FMM-1047-25011A Mandrel, FSG-1047-35010A Hole Gage, and CP12-2 Puller. • The contractor must ensure strict and absolute compliance with all specifications, quantities, terms, and conditions detailed in the attached documentation. • The scope of this contract is limited solely to the procurement and delivery of the specified materials. • The Government will not require, nor evaluate any submissions including vendor-provided installation, integration, or training services. • The estimated value of this requirement is below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).
