The NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole source basis with RHEIN METALL CANADA INC for the repair of a supply, specifically nine distribution boxes. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources, and the approved sources for this material are listed above. • The procurement is for the repair of nine distribution boxes, NSN 7R-6110-200150740-SX, TDP VER 001. • The Government intends to acquire these supplies using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 15. • Buy American Clauses will apply, and UID requirements will apply. • Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort by email to Jason Sklencar.
