Faller for East Zone (Regions 1, 2, and 4)

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (USFS) is seeking vendors to provide Faller services for the East Zone (Regions 1, 2, and 4). The solicitation is for a Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (I-BPA) with a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Vendors must submit their quotes through the Virtual Incident Procurement (VIPR) Next Gen System. The USFS is looking for vendors who can provide operationally acceptable resources, have reasonably priced resources, and a low or unknown performance risk. The contract will be awarded based on factors such as operational acceptability, price reasonableness, and past performance dependability risk. • The contract will require vendors to provide Faller services for fire suppression, all-hazard incidents, and prescribed fire project work. • Vendors must meet the minimum requirements stated in the specifications. • The contract will be for a base period with options for renewal. • Vendors will be required to register and update their information in the System for Award Management (SAM). • Vendors will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, safety, and environmental protection.
