RFSQ for On-Call Real Estate Services and Specialized Support Services

The County of Los Angeles is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-call real estate services and specialized support services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes commercial leasing, property management, construction management, appraisal, and other related services. Vendors must have at least 5 years of experience in the greater Los Angeles region and meet other minimum qualifications. The County intends to establish a list of qualified contractors and may award one or more master agreements. • The County's real estate portfolio includes 60 million square feet of owned buildings and 1.6 million square feet of leased space. • The County is seeking vendors with experience in providing a broad range of real estate services and specialized support services. • The master agreement term will be 5 years with the option for 2 one-year renewal periods and 12 month-to-month extensions. • Vendors must submit a statement of qualifications, including proof of insurability, licenses, and permits. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposal process.
