13M Fiber Transmitter Modules for the Fairbanks Command and Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS)

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide two new brand-name Ortel SITU3013 Fiber Transmitter Modules for the Fairbanks Command and Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS) in Fairbanks, Alaska. The modules must operate at a nominal 1550 nm wavelength and match existing optical output profiles to integrate seamlessly with downstream telemetry processors without retrofitting or modifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quoter. • The contractor must deliver the modules within 120 days after award. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote for the modules. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to supply chain risk management and cybersecurity. • The contractor must provide a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide responses to provisions that require Offeror completion of information, representations, and certifications.
