REQUEST FOR QUOTES - RFQ 683 Alaska State Legislature Telephone System Equipment

The Legislative Affairs Agency is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide new Poly brand telephone equipment for the Alaska State Legislature. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the complete list of telephone equipment to the agency within 90 calendar days after execution of the contract. The agency will be responsible for installing and configuring the equipment. The bid must include a statement that the offeror is eligible to receive the Alaska Bidder Preference, if applicable. • The equipment must meet the specifications described in the RFQ. • The bidder must submit a signed copy of all agency-issued amendments. • The bidder must comply with the requirements for quote submission, delivery, and acceptance. • The agency complies with the Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. • The bidder must ensure that their bid and any agency-issued RFQ amendments are received by the issuing office prior to the scheduled bid closing time.
