NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN ADVERTISED LEASE OPPORTUNITY FOR CONCESSION PROPOSALS AT Pinnacle Mountain State Park and/or Mount Nebo State Park

The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism is seeking concessionaires to operate food and beverage services, equipment rentals, retail sales (including consignment), guide services, and related amenities at Pinnacle Mountain State Park and/or Mount Nebo State Park. Proposals must outline a unified management model for both parks, demonstrate capability to tailor services to each location’s visitor demographics, and include a revenue‑share arrangement based on a percentage of gross sales. The selected concessionaire will be granted a lease for the designated concession areas and will be required to share a portion of gross sales with the state. • Services include food & beverage, outdoor‑recreation equipment rentals, retail, and guide services. • Lease area located at 11901 Pinnacle Valley Rd., Little Rock, AR 72223 and/or 16728 W State Hwy 155, Dardanelle, AR 72834. • Proposal deadline: 4 PM, July 24, 2026; extensions possible if qualified applicants are not identified.
