Description
The Navy is seeking a contractor to dismantle, evaluate, repair, and modify ten (10) military‑grade power‑supply units (NSN 7HH‑6130‑01‑520‑5554) with an option for ten additional units. Work must be completed within a 60‑day repair turnaround, adhere to strict military packaging, marking, and unique‑item‑identification requirements, and report all activities through the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) portal. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, one‑year induction period with possible extensions.
• Tear‑down, test, repair, or modify each power supply per NAVSUP specifications.
• Package and ship to DLA Distribution San Joaquin, CA following MIL‑STD‑2073 and MIL‑STD‑129.
• Comply with ISO 9001 quality, DFARS cybersecurity (NIST 800‑171/CMMC), hazardous‑material, and reporting clauses.
• Use CAV system for registration, training, PKI certificate, and periodic status updates.
• Deliver within 60 days of receipt; late performance triggers per‑unit price reductions.
