This opportunity calls for a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive testing, inspection, and preventive maintenance services for fire alarm systems across the agency’s facilities. The work includes routine functional testing, battery replacement, sensor calibration, system troubleshooting, and documentation of all activities to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local code requirements. The contract is structured as a multi‑year agreement with an initial two‑year term and up to three one‑year renewal options, allowing the contractor to establish a long‑term service partnership. • Perform quarterly and annual functional tests of fire alarm panels, devices, and auxiliary equipment. • Provide corrective repairs, part replacements, and system upgrades as needed to maintain operational readiness. • Maintain detailed service records, generate compliance reports, and coordinate with agency safety personnel for inspections and drills. • Supply all labor, tools, materials, and travel required to service all designated sites within the district. • Offer 24/7 emergency response capability for critical system failures.
