Telephone and Visitation Services

The City of Lincoln is seeking a vendor to provide telephone and visitation services for the Lancaster County Corrections facility. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive solution that includes telephone services, video visitation, and other related services. The contract will be for a term of four years with the option for four additional one-year terms. The vendor must be able to interface with the designated inmate commissary vendor's system and provide a law library service. The vendor will also be required to provide a performance bond in the amount of $60,000. • The vendor must provide a detailed description of their solution, including equipment, visitor registration and scheduling, monitoring and recording capability, video recording storage, and administrative/control interface. • The vendor must also provide information on their experience in successfully integrating with Jail Management systems, including details on the process and level of integration. • The vendor must provide a list of Jail Management systems with which their system is capable of integrating. • The vendor must describe their transcription/translation solution and provide information on call detail records and storage. • The vendor must provide information on their video visitation system, including equipment, visitor registration and scheduling, monitoring and recording capability, video recording storage, and administrative/control interface.
