Budget estimate

$10,000,000 – $50,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is expected to be in the range of $10 million to $50 million, considering the 50-year lease term and the requirement for the Offeror to design, finance, develop, construct, and operate the mineral processing facility. The actual budget will depend on the proposal submitted by the Offeror and the negotiations with the Department of the Army. The budget will be in the form of in-kind, cash, or a combination thereof, with a minimum amount equal to the fair market value of the lease interest.
