CONFERENCE FACILITIES, HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS AND MEALS

The County of Hawaii is soliciting bids for a vendor to provide conference facilities, hotel accommodations, and meals for the Statewide Traffic Safety Meeting. The meeting will be held from July 29 to August 1, 2025, and will require 60 single hotel rooms for 3 nights, 2 single hotel rooms for 5 nights, parking passes, food, and conference rooms. The total price for each item should not exceed the specified amount, and the vendor should provide a menu with the proposal.
