Unidirectional Flushing-Pre-Solicitation

The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC APG) is seeking contractor support for the Unidirectional Hydrant Flushing and Repair Program at various locations, including APG North (Aberdeen), APG South (Edgewood), and Adelphi Laboratory Center. The contractor will be responsible for performing all tasks necessary to execute the unidirectional flushing program and producing associated documentation and data deliverables. • The program involves unidirectional hydrant flushing and repair. • The contractor must produce all associated documentation and data deliverables. • The award is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. • The government reserves the right to cancel the requirement at any time without obligation or liability for proposal preparation costs.
