The Bureau of Land Management at the National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, ID has a requirement for Aerial Ignition Devices. The devices should be 32mm containers (1.25 inches) in diameter, containing approximately 3.0 grams of potassium permanganate for use in support of wildland backfiring operations. The requirement is for 80,000 units. This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses, and items must be shipped FOB destination. • The devices must meet the attached specifications. • Vendors must submit a signed copy of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments with their quote materials. • Vendors must provide product literature or specification sheets that confirm the specification requirements. • Vendors must identify packaging format and provide a delivery date. • Past performance information is required, including company/organization names, contract numbers, names of contact persons, and telephone numbers for three contracts/orders performed within the last two years with work similar in complexity and magnitude to the work identified in the statement of work.
