Uniform Supply, Rental, Maintenance and Laundering Services

The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority seeks a single contractor (or a prime with approved subcontractors) to provide a comprehensive uniform program for its Facilities Management personnel at San Diego International Airport. The scope covers initial inventory provisioning, weekly rental of shirts, pants, coveralls and related garments, on‑site measurement services, laundering, repair/replacement under a Garment Protection Plan, a 24‑hour support line, and final pickup of remaining items at contract close‑out. The contract is for three years with two optional one‑year extensions and includes a “not‑to‑exceed” total payment to be negotiated after award.
