RFQ 715024: MD1745 Stormwater Pond Retrofit

The County of Loudoun seeks a qualified General Contractor to retrofit Stormwater Facility MD1745 from a Level I wet pond to functional wetlands. The scope includes removal, hauling, and disposal of approximately 4,200 cubic yards of sediment and vegetation; installation of one sediment forebay, one plunge pool, and one deep plunge pool at existing inflows; construction of three wetland cells with inter‑cell berms and a flow channel; and comprehensive landscape plantings. All work will be performed on a single parcel (PIN# 045‑17‑3780) accessed via an easement on the adjacent property at 22650‑22660 Executive Drive, Sterling, VA.
