REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ON-CALL APPRAISAL SERVICES

The City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, is seeking qualified appraisal firms to provide on‑call real‑estate appraisal services for commercial, industrial, residential, and other property types needed for right‑of‑way, easement, and fee‑simple acquisitions related to roadway, aviation, and utility projects. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically by October 1, 2026, and may be invited to oral interviews.
