Description
The City of Rochester, NH is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive emergency‑generator repair, preventive and corrective maintenance, and 24/7 on‑call support for its municipal generator fleet. The contract runs for three years starting July 1 2024 with optional one‑year extensions (up to a total of five years). The scope includes routine inspections, annual preventive maintenance cycles, emergency response, parts replacement, and detailed reporting for roughly 30 generators across fire stations, city hall, water and wastewater treatment plants, and numerous pump stations. The contractor must maintain a logbook at each site, provide a 30‑minute callback, and submit service reports within 20 working days of each visit.
