Construction of Concrete Sidewalks, Driveways, and Curb and Gutter - 2026

The Bismarck Engineering Department is seeking bids for the construction of concrete sidewalks, driveways, and curb and gutter. The project will be divided into three contracts: Part A-1 - New Construction Sidewalks, Driveways, Curb & Gutter, Widenings; Part A-2 - Sidewalk Gaps; and Part B - Miscellaneous Repairs. Bidders can submit bids for any one or combination of these parts. The work is to be completed according to the schedule, plans, and specifications on file in the Office of the City Administrator. Key aspects of the project include: • Construction of new sidewalks, driveways, and curb and gutter • Repair of existing sidewalks and driveways • Completion of the project by the substantial completion date of 12/31/26 and final completion date of 6/30/27 • Bidders must upload a copy of their license and bidder's bond through QuestCDN • The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award
