MRPO OCA Roads & Parking Lots Evaluation

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to evaluate the condition of its roads and parking lots. The contractor will be required to analyze pavement distress according to the provided USACE modified Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating (PASER) rating criteria. The contractor will rate individual segments via photos provided and develop an Excel spreadsheet to show the ratings and recommendations for improvement. The contractor will also provide rough preliminary cost estimates for each segment's repair.
