Rogers Water Utilities (RWU) is seeking qualified firms to provide underwriting services and bond counsel for anticipated revenue bond issuances slated to begin in 2027. Interested firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically by the deadline. The evaluation will follow Arkansas Code §19‑11‑803 et seq., and firms will bear all costs associated with preparing the SOQ.
