Contracted Services- Fine Arts- Cycle 5

The Pearland ISD is seeking vendors to provide Fine Arts Contracted Services. This RFP is an "all award" bid, meaning that all vendors that comply and respond with all required bid documents and information will be approved. The initial term of the contract is three years, with two automatic renewal periods, and the final expiration date is January 31, 2031. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as early as possible, and submittals will be opened and evaluated on a monthly basis during the open period of this solicitation. • The RFP is for Fine Arts Contracted Services, including pricing and a list of goods or services offered. • Vendors must supply all required documentation, and failure to do so may result in not being awarded. • Being awarded does not guarantee business, but makes vendors eligible to provide services if needed. • Awards will be subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.
