Description
The City of Newark is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide emergency solutions grant services to homeless and at-risk individuals. The contract term is one year, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Proposers must demonstrate their ability to provide services that benefit at least 80% of homeless or at-risk individuals. The evaluation criteria include benefit to homeless and at-risk individuals, efforts to secure other funding, collaboration, application professionalism, activity need, consolidated plan priority, cost reasonableness and effectiveness, activity implementation, and experience.
