Washington State’s Department of Enterprise Services is seeking qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive suite of vegetation‑management chemicals and related products for use on state highways, city streets, forestry areas, nurseries, and other lands managed by state agencies and municipalities. The contract will be a competitive three‑year base period (with optional extensions) and includes a vendor‑management fee of 1.5 % of total sales. Bidders must be registered in the state’s electronic business system, hold appropriate pesticide‑dealer licenses, and carry specified insurance coverage.
