The City of Grand Island is seeking qualified firms to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting services. The consultant will assess the City’s current ERP environment, identify gaps, and develop a strategic roadmap for future ERP enhancements or replacements. This effort includes detailed analysis, recommendations, and a phased implementation plan to improve financial, operational, and reporting capabilities.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of existing ERP systems and processes.
• Identify functional gaps, integration challenges, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop a strategic ERP roadmap with phased implementation recommendations and cost estimates.
• Provide detailed documentation and presentation of findings to city leadership.
• Offer guidance on vendor selection, migration strategies, and change management.
