Yuba County Old Tri-County Juvenile Hall Demolition and Site Preparation

Yuba County is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish two modular classroom units, a 3,000‑sq ft administration building, and approximately 11,550 sq ft of a concrete‑steel juvenile detention structure, including all below‑grade foundations, at the Tri‑County Youth Rehabilitation Facility in Marysville, CA. The work must include hazardous‑materials abatement (asbestos), utility disconnections, storm‑water controls, waste diversion, site stabilization, and protection of remaining campus facilities. All work is subject to prevailing‑wage requirements, must comply with California building and environmental codes, and will be performed during normal business hours on an active campus.
