REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - AS-NEEDED ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES

The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking qualified and experienced Vendors to enter into Master Agreements to provide as-needed environmental consulting services. The services include biological surveys, arborist services, water quality specialist services, and environmental scientist services. The vendors must have the minimum qualifications specified in the RFSQ, including a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and relevant professional experience. The Master Agreement will be for a period of three years with four one-year renewal options. The vendors will be required to become familiar with and adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Local Coastal Program. • The scope of work includes data collection and analysis, habitat inventory and monitoring, disease identification and control, and marine biological surveys. • The vendors must have experience working with the marine environment and have the necessary certifications and registrations. • The Master Agreement will be executed with all qualified vendors, and the county reserves the right to issue Work Orders to any qualified contractor based on the county's needs. • The payment for work will be on an hourly basis, subject to the Total Maximum Compensation specified in each individual Work Order.
