Freedom 250 Commemorative Event Services

The U.S. Embassy Seoul is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive event management services in support of Freedom 250, the U.S. Government’s commemoration of America’s 250th anniversary of independence. The contractor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing event management services for individual Freedom 250 commemorative events. The events will primarily take the form of receptions and gatherings of varying size and formality, held at embassy representational venues or at contractor-sourced commercial venues. The contractor will provide high-quality catering, audio-visual support, event logistics, on-site staffing, and related services as directed through individual BPA Orders. Some key requirements include: • Providing reception services, including catering and food and beverage service, for each event • Providing add-on services, such as audio-visual support and decorations, as selected by the embassy • Providing on-site event staffing, including a minimum of one dedicated on-site event coordinator for every event • Coordinating with embassy staff and residence staff, as applicable, for events held at embassy-provided venues • Ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with applicable Korean health, safety, and food service regulations • Maintaining close, real-time communication with embassy staff on event logistics and any emerging issues on the day of the event
