Tarleton State University seeks a qualified consulting firm to inventory, value, and strategize the use of campus sponsorship assets, create a coordinated signage plan, and deliver a maintainable database of opportunities. The effort will support a centralized sponsorship program, protect the university brand, and generate revenue. The consultant will conduct kickoff and governance activities, perform on‑site observations and stakeholder interviews, develop valuation methodologies, recommend bundling and future‑state scenarios, design a signage network strategy, and deliver a user‑friendly database with training and transition plans. The contract is expected to run for roughly four to six months, with a total anticipated value of $100 K +.
• Identify and catalog all potential sponsorship assets (physical spaces, events, publications, digital channels, naming rights, etc.).
• Develop a transparent, market‑based valuation methodology and assign values/ranges to each asset.
• Produce a coordinated interior/exterior signage strategy, including location, format, governance, and cost estimates.
• Build an exportable, easy‑to‑maintain database (Excel/CSV) with taxonomy, valuation data, and user‑access specifications.
• Provide implementation roadmaps (12‑24 months), quick‑win recommendations, and executive briefings; deliver training for university staff.
