INVITATION TO BID FOR SHERWIN WILLIAM PAINT

The American Embassy in Monrovia is seeking a contractor to provide Sherwin William paint, including 700 pails of Weather Shield Extra White Tin table Latex Exterior Paint and 50 pails of PPG1105-1 Creamy White Eggshell Interior Latex Paint. The contractor must deliver the paint within 180 days after receipt of the purchase order. The embassy's payment term is net-30 days after receipt of all goods or services. • The contractor must provide the exact brand name matched for the merchandise or a functional/operational equivalent along with the full technical datasheet of the alternative being offered. • The contractor must list relevant past performance project information that is equal to or similar in nature to the requirements of this project. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) or provide all required documentation outlined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
