The State of Illinois - Chief Procurement Office General Services is seeking proposals for the purchase of Scoreboards, Electronic Signs, Installation, and Related Products and Services. The purpose of this RFP is to establish Master Agreements with qualified Offerors to provide services related to Scoreboards, Electronic Signs, Installation, and Related Products and Services for all Participating Entities. The objective of this RFP is to obtain best value and achieve more favorable pricing than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity. • The initial term of the Master Agreement shall be three (3) years, unless terminated, canceled, or extended. • Region 4 ESC shall have the right to renew the Contract for additional terms up to two (2) years after the end of the initial term. • The resulting Master Agreement contract(s) will provide Participating Entities with access to Scoreboards, Electronic Signs, Installation, and Related Products and Services.
