Reconstruction and Restoration of Landmarked and Landmark-Quality Buildings

The City of New York’s Department of Design and Construction is creating a pre‑qualified list of contractors capable of performing reconstruction and restoration work on landmarked and landmark‑quality buildings across a variety of capital projects. This effort will cover small, medium, and large‑scale projects with construction costs ranging from $2 million to $25 million.
